Meet Ayleen

Hi! My name is Ayleen, and I was born and raised here in San Diego, California. I am a certified postpartum doula with a deep passion and dedicated to supporting families through their postpartum journey.

I believe that every family deserves a well-supported transition into life with a newborn. My approach is centered on bringing a calming presence, strong communication and listening carefully to the family's needs.  

I worked at a Daycare & Preschool from the age of 18 and have worked with infants for most of my time working there. Later, I transitioned into a full-time nanny for two wonderful girls while pursuing my postpartum certification with International Doula Institute.

 In my personal life I am someone who is very active, creative and loves to do many hobbies like sewing, running, playing the guitar and more. I enjoy traveling, thrifting, hiking, going on road trips, especially if I can share those experiences with loved ones.
