A San Diego native, I have over 20 years of experience working with children of all ages and have loved every minute of it.
After moving to Texas in 2010 and giving birth to two girls of my own, I quickly realized that it wasn’t going to be as “easy” or “natural” as the world led me to believe.
Without any family close by and little to no support from all others, I struggled through what should have been some of the best years of my life. It wasn't until 2016 that becoming a Doula became a possibility and that's when I realized that I could give others the dream postpartum period that I wished I had.

After training with DONA International in 2016, I started Nite Owl Postpartum Doula. Now, eight years later we have grown to a team of seven and have provided more than one hundred eighty families with the much needed support they deserve. I spend my time off enjoying every moment I can with my four beautiful daughters and my incredibly supportive Husband, exploring all the beauty San Diego has to offer. I look forward to meeting you and helping you achieve the postpartum experience that you desire!
