Meet Colleen

Hello, my name is Colleen.

I cannot wait to support you on your postpartum journey.

After studying Middle Eastern and North African Studies at UCLA and spending a decade working in the non-profit sector, I had my first child during the pandemic. I was fortunate to have a ton of family and friends as support, but did not have anyone whose sole purpose was to be my advocate and unbiased shoulder to lean on. I had a variety of challenges with breastfeeding, but through determination and education was able to nurse my first daughter until she was three and a half. I grew a passion for nursing and am now a Certified Lactation Counselor.

With over a decade of experience as a career domestic violence and sexual assault advocate, I bring a unique trauma-informed lens to my work.

As a mother of three, it is my passion to provide non-judgmental comfort and assistance to parents navigating the sacred portal of the fourth trimester.
